Our requirements ensure every driver in our network is safe, professional, and ready to represent MetroSpeed Logistics Inc. on the road.

Minimum Age: 25 Years Old

All drivers must be at least 25 years of age to qualify. This is a firm requirement for our professional logistics program.

Valid Driver's License

You must hold a valid, current driver’s license issued by a U.S. state. Your license must be in good standing with no suspensions.

Clean Driving Record (No Exceptions)

We require a 100% clean driving record. Any major violations, DUIs, or a history of reckless driving will result in immediate disqualification. We maintain the highest safety standards.

Personal Insurance Coverage

Drivers are responsible for maintaining their own insurance policy. Proof of active coverage must be provided and maintained throughout the duration of the program.

Professional & Reliable

We look for drivers who are business-minded, punctual, and take pride in their work. Our reputation depends on professionals who treat the vehicle and their delivery activities with respect.

Delivery & Logistics Use Only

Vehicles are exclusively for professional delivery and logistics operations. Use is strictly limited to business purposes — no personal trips, subleasing, or unauthorized use.

Your Responsibilities
as a Driver

Partnership means accountability. Here’s exactly what’s expected of every authorized MetroSpeed driver.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Pay program fees (daily, weekly, or monthly) on time
  • Cover all fuel and gas costs
  • Maintain your personal non-owner insurance
  • Pay for tolls and any parking fees
  • Pay any traffic tickets or violations received
  • Cover misuse-related damage costs

Operational Standards

  • Perform a daily vehicle inspection before each shift
  • Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately
  • Keep the van in clean, professional condition at all times
  • Use the vehicle exclusively for delivery and logistics
  • No subleasing or unauthorized drivers
  • Strict adherence to safe and legal driving practices

Insurance & Safety Compliance

Important Note: MetroSpeed Logistics Inc. provides the vehicle within a structured logistics program. Drivers operate as independent professionals and are responsible for their own insurance. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for operational security and compliance. Any tampering with safety or tracking equipment will result in immediate termination of the agreement.

Zero Tolerance Policy

  • No unauthorized drivers operating the vehicle
  • No reckless or illegal activity of any kind
  • No subleasing the vehicle to any third party
  • Violations result in immediate termination and financial liability

Driver's License

A current, valid U.S. driver’s license. Both sides may be required for upload.

Government-Issued ID

A second form of government ID for identity verification (passport, state ID, etc.).

Proof of Insurance

Your current personal non-owner or equivalent auto insurance card or policy document.
